  • Wear your new footwear and inserts for 1-2 hours in your home, preferably on a carpeted surface.

  • If no redness appears, wear your shoes around your home for one or two days while periodically checking your feet for redness or uncomfortable rubbing
  • If they are comfortable, they are ready to be worn outside.

Propét USA, Inc. (“Propét”) warrants that its footwear products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. This limited warranty applies only to products that were purchased from an Authorized Propét Dealer, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Propét’s Authorized Dealers are required to adhere to our policies and procedures, ensuring that your product has been properly stored, handled, and cared for before being sold to you. Propét reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet websites and unauthorized storefronts on online marketplaces. This limited warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.

Please note that Propét’s warranty is limited to a single claim for each product purchased. Any replacement products provided to you by Propét based upon a prior warranty claim are not eligible for coverage under this warranty.
Purchasers of products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should return the product to the store or the Internet website from which the products were purchased. If unable to return your products to the store or website where they were purchased, please contact our customer service team at 253-854-7600. Propét reserves the right to inspect any product for determination of defect and to require proof of purchase from an Authorized Propét Dealer. If Propét determines, in its sole discretion, that the product contains a manufacturing defect, Propét will replace the defective product with the same or a similar product.
IMPORTANT: Do not send your product(s) to Propét unless instructed to do so. Any unsolicited returns to Propét will be refused and returned to the purchaser.
What is covered by this limited warranty?
Subject to the terms, exclusions and limitations herein, Propét warrants only that its footwear products shall be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. Specifically, conditions that are considered manufacturing defects which are covered by this limited warranty are as follows:
• Stitching that has come undone
• Hardware breaking or becoming detached
• Leather cracking, peeling or splitting
• Waterproof products leaking
• Sole separation, deterioration or cracking under normal wearing conditions
What is NOT a manufacturing defect and is not covered by this limited warranty?
Please note: Improper fit is not a manufacturing defect.
Feet come in a countless number of shapes and volumes. While Propét offers a wide variety of widths and sizes to accommodate even hard-to-fit feet, it is impossible to ensure that each of Propét’s products will perfectly fit everyone. Ensuring proper size, fit and style selection is the responsibility of the purchaser and should be assured before purchasing the product. Products should be worn on carpet until a comfortable fit can be confirmed. Exchanges for size and fitting issues should be made through the original location of purchase.
Other conditions that are not considered a manufacturing defect:
• Material failure caused by excessive wear, unreasonable use, exposure to caustic chemicals, extreme heat, alterations, or abnormal wear related to occupation.
• Stitching or hardware failure due to being caught, hooked, snagged or other abnormal wearing accidents.
• Leather not properly treated to keep from drying out.
• Waterproofing failure due to complete submersion in water or allowing the water to seep over the top of the footwear.
• Separation of soles or sole components due to being caught, hooked, snagged or cut.
• Normal wear on soles or heels due to individual wear patterns, or heavy wear associated with occupation.
• Products worn past the point of being able to be repaired.
What is NOT covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty applies only to products that were purchased from an Authorized Propét Dealer that is subject to and follows Propét’s quality controls, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Products that were not purchased from an Authorized Propét Dealer, including products purchased on eBay or Craigslist, are not covered by this limited warranty. Please check Propét’s Dealer Locator, Online Retailer listing, or call customer service at 253-854-7600 to verify that you are purchasing from an Authorized Propét Dealer.
This limited warranty also does not apply to the following products:
• Returns from customers residing outside the United States and/or products purchased outside the United States.
• Products with labels removed.
• Salesman samples, final sale closeouts, or promotional products.
• Products that have been out of production for more than 3 years.
Additional Information
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to the products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the 6-month duration of this limited warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Propét be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability, and any recovery is limited to the purchase price. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, or exclusion all or certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other additional rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed.

To list the alternate address with your credit card company simply call the toll free number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the alternate address to your credit card account. Listing the address with your credit card company should only take a few minutes. We recommend adding the address before placing your order; this helps us process your order more quickly.


Comfort Diabetic Shoes recommends using your workplace address as your shipping destination. There are a number of benefits in doing this:
