Propet Men's Traverse Hiking Boot

Bring on the outdoors in the Traverse with waterproof knit mesh that keeps water out for a light and dry hiking experience. Plus a removable open cell insole that moves moisture from the foot for a cooler, healthier footbed.

This men's comfort hiking boot can get you through diverse terrain and extreme temperatures and climates.  The Traverse boots will be your companion in the rough. Supported by a padded collar, your feet will enjoy a comfortable walk without any pain around the ankle area. Don’t be afraid of going for that hike because of fatigue.

Follow These Instructions Before Wearing Your Shoes Daily

  • Wear your new footwear and inserts for 1-2 hours in your home, preferably on a carpeted surface.
  • Inspect your feet for any redness that my develop. 
  • If redness persists, consult your health care professional
  • If no redness appears, wear your shoes around your home for one or two days while periodically checking your feet for redness or uncomfortable rubbing
  • If they are comfortable, they are ready to be worn outside.

If a product goes out of stock after an order is placed, customer will be contacted with an alternate item or order cancellation. HOW SHIPPING PRICES ARE DETERMINED

The shipping cost for Most items are calculated by considering the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Domestic shipping prices within the contiguous US are determined by the price of your order. (See the above pricing chart for your shipping cost)

You may incur an additional shipping fee if you purchase item(s) that are large, bulky or order multiple products due to the overall size and/or weight of the order. These additional shipping cost (if applicable) are calculated after you have placed your order and we have communicated to you by email. Once you have approved (by email) the additional shipping cost your order process is complete.

DELIVERY TIME FOR YOUR ORDER

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Comfort Diabetic Shoes has no control, such as acts of god, and are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days and will arrive up to 10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding week ends and holidays).

STANDARD EXPEDITED DELIVERY

Orders for in-stock items placed Monday-Friday before 12PM CST will ship the same day to arrive within 5-8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding week ends and holidays).

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

Comfort Diabetic Shoes does not offer overnight delivery on the website. If you are in need of overnight delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department at mail@comfortdiabeticshoes.com and someone will be happy to provide a quote.

PROVIDE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We make every effort to ship to the correct shipping address. In order to accurately ship your order we ask our customers to provide accurate shipping information. We are often able to correct invalid addresses during the shipping process, but we cannot guarantee this.

It is our customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and valid shipping address. Any errors, omissions, or misspellings in the address should be avoided or it may cause your order to be returned.

Orders that are returned to us due to an invalid address provided by the customer will require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped. If you have any questions you may contact our Customer Service Department at mail@comfortdiabeticshoes.com.

SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUESTS

During the order process, our customers may add comments to their orders. We cannot guarantee that comments for a special delivery request or requirement will be fulfilled by the carrier.

We reserve the right to use any of the three primary carriers to deliver orders to our customers; USPS, FedEx and UPS.

If your shipping address does not receive delivery service from any of these carriers, you may add a comment to your order informing us which carrier(s) does not serve your area. If you have any questions you may contact our Customer Service Department at mail@comfortdiabeticshoes.com.

ITEMS SHIPPED SEPARATELY

Comfort Diabetic Shoes may (at any time) ship items separately in order to get you your order as quickly as possible. The customer will not incur any additional charge unless otherwise notified in advance by email. If you place an order for overnight or rush delivery, please let us know which item is of higher importance to you to receive overnight or rush so that you do not incur additional fees. Comfort Diabetic Shoes will send the other item(s) standard delivery at no extra cost to you.

DIFFERENT SHIPPING & BILLING

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed.

To list the alternate address with your credit card company simply call the toll free number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the alternate address to your credit card account. Listing the address with your credit card company should only take a few minutes. We recommend adding the address before placing your order; this helps us process your order more quickly.

SHIPPING TO YOUR WORKPLACE

Comfort Diabetic Shoes recommends using your workplace address as your shipping destination. There are a number of benefits in doing this:

  • You won't need to be at home to accept a delivery
  • Helps keep gifts a secret
  • Packages won't be left unattended
  • Packages won't be left out where they can be damaged by bad weather or outdoor pets
  • Receive packages directly and personally
  • Carriers deliver to your office anyway so this saves them from driving to your home
  • Please check your office policy to see if personal deliveries are permitted, then consider shipping your next order to your workplace address.
